✅ What’s Covered Under Our Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

  • âś… Missing item from your order
  • âś… Package confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • ❌ Opened or used products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Returns due to change of mind
  • ❌ Incorrect address submitted at checkout
  • ❌ Packages returned to sender
  • ❌ Delays caused by the shipping carrier (if tracking shows the item was shipped on time)
